I am wondering if someone can provide me advice as to the best led flood lights

The best type of flood light would be one with high IP rating, high IK rating, made of marine grade material like 316 stainless steel.

There are lots of flood lights on the market but many of them are very cheap and low quality. Make sure they are from a reputable brand.
