What lights should I use for my small indoor studio? I use it to take videos of things.

I would use spotlights and downlights, very wide beam angle, so you don't get shadows.

Ambient light is critical, so you could try some very powerful floodlights pointed at the ceiling and walls.

Professionals use a light that is pointed backwards into a diffuse "umbrella" behind the scene.

Apart from the lights themselves, you might need to add films in front of your lights to get right colouring and colour temperature.
