What is the best type of indoor lighting on the eyes?

Lately I have been experiencing a bit of eye strain, so I wonder what is the best type of indoor light on the eyes?

Make sure you get lights that are neither too bright nor too dim - both of these will cause eye strain.

Indirect and diffuse light is the best, so ensure any globes have a diffuser around them, and also that your lights are dimmable.

I find that warm white lights circa 3000K are best indoors.
