I've heard that full spectrum lights are supposed to be good for indoor gardening because they resemble natural light. Makes sense to me.

That's correct, full spectrum lights is a mixture of warm light and cool white, so they are better for indoor plants.

Correct, full spectrum globes. I use that and my indoor garden has flourished.

Full spectrum lights are called grow lights - lights that provide a light spectrum similar to that of the sun.

Fluorescent lights are also very good, and they also come in grow light form.

Make sure you don't give your indoor plants TOO MUCH LIGHT otherwise they will look pale. Try to replicate the "sun" as much as possible.
