I have heard that the manufacturing of LED lights creates a lot of toxic material, is that true?

That's actually not true, LED lights contain almost no toxic material.

Actually LEDs contain tiny amounts of lead and arsenic.

RED led lights have AGA (aluminum gallium arsenide) which is toxic.
