What things should I think about when choosing light bulbs for an office?

Most important factors are lumens and colour temperature.
Depending how many globes, and how close they are to the workers, you should ensure that the lumens is neither too bright nor too dim.
The colour temperature should be cool white.

Another important factor is colour rendering, which measures how accurate an object appears to the human eye.
Make sure that the colour render index (CRI) is at least 80 and ideally more than 85.
A light bulb with CRI > 90 is superb.

Also the beam angle of the fitting containing the globes is important, so you don't get ultra bright spots or shadows.
