Office lights generally office a cool white colour temperature, in the range of 4000K.

There is a huge argument around whether offices should have cool white (defined as 3200K to 4500K) or daylight white (more than 4500K),

I would recommend cool white because daylight white is what hospitals have, the eye perceives it very brightly and has a blue orientation to it.

Agree, cool white is ideal for offices as it is optimal for concentrating and detailed work.
