I am wondering if I should change my office lights to LED lights?

Absolutely!
LED lights are extremely energy efficient - up to 80%.
Then they are eco friendly as well.

Studies have shown that moving from fluorescent lights to LED lights has improved efficiency and productivity, because LED lights don't flicker, don't yellow etc.

In offices there is always one damn light somewhere that is flickering!
That will not happen with LED lights.

LED lights are very long lasting so you no longer have to regularly change light globes or tubes.
