I am wondering, how much energy do I save by turning my LED outdoor lights off during the day?

It depends on your lights. Some light consume very little energy, while some consume a lot more.
That said, LED lights given the same brightness levels, consume much less energy than any other type of lights.

You are definitely using up energy and $ so i would install timers that automatically turn off outdoor LED lights during the day time.
