As far as I know, LED globes don't impact the eyes, and are by far the best types of lights in terms of effciiency and environment friendliness.

LED globes don't affect the eyes, but in terms of psychological impact, the best is warm lights at about 3000K. Cool white (4200K) can make people feel uncomfortable and unrelaxed.

LEDs emit very low amounts of UV rays so much safer than traditional lights.

Warmer white LEDs are definitely better.

A recent study has shown that repeated exposure to high intensity LED lights can cause severe damage to the eyes, so it is not hundred percent safe.

I think LEDs can only hurt you if you stare at them constantly - but nobody would be foolish enough to do that.

If you are worried about UV radiation from LED lights, you can purchase glasses with anti-UV filters, for both indoors or outdoors.

There is no harm to your eyes from LED lights.
Anything done to an extreme (like staring at a bright light) will harm you, but that is not how people behave normally.
