Am thinking of switching my office lights from fluorescent to LED - what are the benefits of doing this?

Studies in Europe as well as the US have shown that by moving to LED lights, your work productivity can increase by at least 3% due to better mood.

LED is the closest alternative to natural sun slight, so you can increase productivity by about 5% by putting in good office lighting.

You can reduce issues like head aches and eye strain, and note that proper office lighting is now a legal requirement.

LED panels do not burn out, so you actually reduce costs long term by not having to buy fluorescent tubes and calling the electrician to install them.

LED panels can have a lifespan of 50,000 hours and can sometimes last as long as 150,000 hours - which is decades!
