Can anyone please give me any tips on using solar garden lights?
The most important tip is to ensure the solar lights are away from shade as much as possible.
Also, before you install, try out the solar lights in the space they will be in.
Don't just stick spikes in the ground - they will fall over. Put a bed of gravel in the ground and put them in there. Also make sure all the lights are the same height off the ground, or they will look weird.
Remember that the taller the solar light, the further the light will go.
I love using solar path lights which are becoming incredibly popular!
A useful thing to note is that solar garden lights do NOT have to be in the sun all day 100% - just most of it.
For garden lights, I tried - and fell in love with - solar fairy lights! These look like Christmas lights, but come in any colour and are really beautiful around plants, trees and outdoor structures.
Don't forget solar lights around outside of ponds! Wonderful!
There is more to landscape or tree lighting than just decoration. For a fact, landscape lighting could also consist of floodlights so that you could utilize your yard for the wee hours of parties, and it could also consist of spotlights for security applications.
If you intend to use solar uplights for trees for decorating purposes, utilize fewer-lumens solar lights that come with 100 up to 200 lumens. If you intend to utilize solar uplights for trees for security purposes, you should get solar spotlights that come with 300 to 700 lumens.
